Attorney Patty Fedewa will bring accountability to Detroit's Charter by recommending the following amendments: 

(1) City Council elected by Districts;

(2) practical removal  procedures for elected and appointed officials who engage in misconduct;

(3) enforceable charter provisions - no platitudes;

(4) a self-contained, usable "constitution" for our City.

Fedewa also supports abolishing stipends for charter commission members and will donate any she receives.
